Microsoft and AWS launch a private multicloud bridge, but preview links start at 1 Gbps
Microsoft and AWS have launched matching preview services for private connectivity between Azure and AWS, replacing a traditionally complex collection of circuits, routers, and routing sessions with a managed intercloud link. The service is available now in four regions at up to 1 Gbps per connection, while Microsoft plans to support connections of up to 100 Gbps when it reaches general availability.
